Our story

We understand that it’s more than just building a house; it’s building a life.

Growing up largely in HomesWest housing with a single mum, Jack’s early life involved a lot of moving around. So much so, that by the time he was eleven years old, he had already moved six times. This meant six new neighbourhoods, six new schools, and hundreds – if not thousands – of new people. It was only when he eventually moved in with his dad – a homeowner – that he finally found a stable base to build his life around.

That is why we are so passionate about giving you the knowledge, guidance, and assistance you need to find your own home. We know the difference it can make.

How it works

Get in touch

Your first step to becoming a homeowner is a coffee. Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a meet up. This can either be held virtually or in-person over an almond latte – whichever you prefer.

Find your design

Envision your dream lifestyle and make it a reality. Once you’ve chosen your home design and/or house and land package, we’ll have another meeting to discuss next steps and compile all of the information we need to get working.

We do the hard work

Take a step back and enjoy the process – we’ve got it covered. Throughout your journey, we’ll be there to guide you, provide expert advice, and ensure that the process is stress-free. The best part? We’ll handle all the hard stuff for you.

From a spur of the moment decision to see if it was possible to build as a single parent, to meeting Jack in August 2022, my (and my two young daughters) experience has been amazing!
